This gardening-themed simple colouring pack for adults has been created to appeal to those who have Dementia. Simple, easy to recognise, yet age-appropriate images and uncluttered backgrounds enable adults to enjoy the therapeutic benefits of colouring whilst helping to maintain fine motor skills, hand-eye co-ordination, concentration, attention etc. Images have been carefully drawn and presented to prompt memory recall, facilitate conversation and opportunities for reminiscence with clear images relating to planting and growing seeds.

These can be used individually for a focused colouring/artistic session, or if used sequentially can help illustrate the process of carrying out a growing activity or aid informal assessment of cognitive skills.
