40 structured sessions use three senses to comprehend and remember, listening to given auditory information, looking at a picture and then actively touching images to identify elements. This strategy builds a mental image, important for working memory and recall. Each session includes a guide for the facilitator with instructions, activities, questions etc., an image showing characters involved in an activity within a specific background (used with verbal information) and the background only, with accompanying picture clues to aid comprehension. Written by an SLP, easily adaptable for UK use.
