Mental Health

Achieving and maintaining positive mental health and wellbeing can be challenging for everyone. Humans encounter a range of interpersonal difficulties that can cause elation, hurt, demotivation or inspiration. We cope and deal in different ways and all the skills can be learned.

These resources have been designed to be delivered as a structured programme, however, individual sessions can be mixed, matched and facilitated according to the needs of the user/s. The resources are suitable for all ages, however it is the co-ordinator who needs to select the most appropriate sessions and adapt if required for appropriate delivery.
